Born in Huntington, New York, I moved to Florida at a young age, where I was immersed in the real estate and mortgage industries. Working alongside my mother in her mortgage company, I gained hands-on experience in loan processing, underwriting, title reviews, deeds, and closings. This early exposure provided me with a solid foundation and a deep understanding of the complexities inherent in every real estate transaction.
After returning to New York, I made Port Jefferson my home and continued to expand my expertise. Rejoining forces with my mother, I gained advanced knowledge in various challenging areas of real estate, including deeds, titles, probate, estates, divorces, and foreclosures. Additionally, I became proficient in zoning codes, COs and permits, variances, and change-of-use procedures, equipping myself with the skills to navigate even the most intricate transactions with ease.
